Every Tuesday morning, from 8:30 AM to 11 AM, we host Smithville's largest local food pantry. We regularly receive donations from community groups to the pantry and we are entirely volunteer led and operated. 

The food pantry often has special raffles for larger items such as turkeys and hams. Every Christmas, our church distributes "Food Boxes." In 2018, our we gave over 160 food bags to 80 families. With thanks to the Smithville Lawn and Garden Club and to the Sons of the American Legion, we were able to include a Christmas ham, a bag of potatoes, and a bag of fresh fruit for each family.
